Yes! Water shoes are welcome at Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park and are a great way to protect your feet from hot pavement on sunny days.
We highly recommend bringing them for added comfort as you explore the park.
Where Water Shoes Are Allowed
Water shoes may be worn:
- Throughout the park
- In pools
- On walkways and around attractions
They’re especially helpful during the summer when surfaces can become hot.
Ride Restrictions
For safety reasons, water shoes may not be permitted on certain slides and attractions.
Some water shoes can create extra friction on slide surfaces, which may affect ride performance and increase the risk of injury.
If a lifeguard asks you to remove your water shoes before riding, please follow their instructions.
Best Tips for Wearing Water Shoes
- Choose snug-fitting water shoes that stay securely on your feet.
- Be prepared to remove them on select attractions.
- Keep them on while walking around the park and in pools.
